Ash & Ale offers a tasty neapolitan style thin crust pizza that is cooked at 800+ degrees. The result is a thin bubbly crust that is slightly charred on the outside yet chewy on the inside. Our dough is made from scratch daily and allowed to proof for 1-2 days before it ends up in our oven. Our pizzas are topped with always fresh and organic produce from local farms when possible.

Parties requesting us to provide the alcohol must be booked 30 days prior to the event date. Any event booked after 30 days prior must procure their own alcohol through a 3rd party.
