Ash & Ale Pizza Truck is Westchester’s ultimate party on wheels, serving our much-loved pizzas, fresh salads, and seasonal appetizers straight from a custom-built 1954 Chevy named Francesca. Outfitted with a Forza Forni wood-fired oven and four taps pouring craft beers and international wines, we bring the full restaurant experience right to your event.

From festivals and block parties to weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations, our truck is designed to make every occasion memorable—with incredible food, great drinks, and the laid-back charm of Village Social on the go.

Our Kitchen Philosophy

At Ash & Ale, our passion is crafting Neapolitan-style thin crust pizzas that are both art and comfort food. Each dough is made from scratch, proofed for up to two days, and baked at over 800 degrees to achieve the perfect balance—bubbly and slightly charred on the outside, tender and chewy within.

We top every pie with the freshest ingredients, sourcing organic produce from local farms whenever possible. Paired with seasonal sides and served in a fun, welcoming atmosphere, our menu is built to bring people together and create moments worth savoring.
