Ash & Ale offers a tasty neapolitan style thin crust pizza that is cooked at 800+ degrees. The result is a thin bubbly crust that is slightly charred on the outside yet chewy on the inside. Our dough is made from scratch daily and allowed to proof for 1-2 days before it ends up in our oven. Our pizzas are topped with always fresh and organic produce from local farms when possible.
